Where can I find satled & smoked fatback and pork ribs? - best smoked ribs
My friend just returned from Romania and "smuggled" in some salted bacon and pork chops and Holy Crap, I never knew what I needed. These things seem Paper bacon :-) These things should not be stored in the refrigerator is in fact wax, suspended in his basement. I searched a little online from a supplier in the United States and, curiously, I can not find one. Does anyone know a good online vendor to satisfy the thirst of my New Found to? Yes, I know that my blood pressure was by 20 points one of the salty / smoky ribs ... but life is too short! Even oily skin chew rocks and small pieces of bacon in a frying pan with condomints little differently! TIA for any guidance!

You need to go with one of these little meat market district of the meat sold only person who sells only pork. Look in the Yellow Pages under the meat markets or farmers' markets.
