Does running build muscle all over the body? - normal body muscle
I was in a jogging / running / power walking routine since early July, and now after a month I feel better, look better, and in general helped me a lot. My diet has changed a lot stronger than the best mid-June, very little refined carbohydrates, protein, low saturated fat, have changed things so much better with the wide body and meters.
One thing that struck me, since I do my exersise, for about 90 minutes every day that my muscles have increased significantly. Not only in the legs, but in my chest and biceps area, and it is much clearer when flex, what was it.
Is it normal that my whole body grew, muscle-up?

You have probably burned the fat, so that more "definition" for the muscles, which was established in the upper body.
